The food menu will be General, Vegetarian & Vegan.
We will be providing Instant Tea, Coffee & Hot Chocolate with Hot Water to mix it with.
We will be providing buns, ham, turkey and cheese for sandwich making.
We will be providing tropical fruit salad all day.
We are requesting to know for the potluck Soup & Sandwich Lunch, that if you are
tentatively planning on bringing soup that you mark on the registration form,
whether it will be General, vegetarian or vegan.

you are tentatively planning on bringing a casserole, salad, desert or
breads, etc. whether it will be General, Vegetarian or Vegan for the
Potluck
Soup Lunch or Potluck Supper on Saturday, Oct. 18,2008.
The ROY CREEK RAMBLERS 4-H CLUB WILL BE IN CHARGE OF THE KITCHEN,
when you take food to the kitchen, you will need to give preparation instructions to BELINDA FOX.
She will need to know if the food needs to be served cold or hot & if it needs to be served hot,
how long it needs to be heated and at what temperature.
There will be CARDS available for you to put General, Vegetarian or Vegan as well as ingredients on.
